Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Build on existing infrastructure and develop the installed base in the area of Software.
Recognize the need for alignment outside the immediate geography and factor this into the account plan and communication strategy.
Develop strategic relationships at senior levels to position Sun to capture new software opportunities.
Operate in a consultative capacity at strategic levels in the account.
Engage in collaborative, strategic and tactical business planning with key partners.
Provide accurate and regular forecasts and business updates to Sun management.
Create, manage and drive effective "virtual teams" within Sun.
Create and promote high impact and innovative marketing programs and initiatives within the Account to generate new opportunities.
Drive and maintain peers to peer relationships.
Act independently, but within company directives, policy and mindful of objectives.
